She began her Career in the world of 100% - Commission Photocopier Sales. 100% - Commission Sales is a stern teacher with little patience for the weak. Susan revealed a Natural Instinct for the Business & was soon excelling in, what was then, a Male - Dominated Culture. In just a few years, she was ready for New Challenges.
Joining Kodak Canada, she survived their grueling Six - Week Sales 'Boot Camp' Training Program, hosted in Rochester NY, from which many Trainees were sent home without a job in hand.
Her
DISCIPLINE, ACCURACY & FOCUS were greatly elevated during the Seven Years with Kodak, but more importantly, her ability to Exceed Target Goals earned her countless
Awards, Promotions & Company Recognition.
In the years that followed, Susan went on to Manage all of Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) Western Sales & was eventually attracted back to Kodak to Manage Profession Sales for their Outsourcing Division.
It was inevitable that Susan Lancaster would venture out on her own. And that brings us Forward to Today.
