She began her Career in the world of 100% - Commission Photocopier Sales. 100% - Commission Sales is a stern teacher with little patience for the weak. Susan revealed a Natural Instinct for the Business & was soon excelling in, what was then, a Male - Dominated Culture. In just a few years, she was ready for New Challenges.

Joining Kodak Canada, she survived their grueling Six - Week Sales 'Boot Camp' Training Program, hosted in Rochester NY, from which many Trainees were sent home without a job in hand.

Her DISCIPLINE, ACCURACY & FOCUS were greatly elevated during the Seven Years with Kodak, but more importantly, her ability to Exceed Target Goals earned her countless Awards, Promotions & Company Recognition.

In the years that followed, Susan went on to Manage all of Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) Western Sales & was eventually attracted back to Kodak to Manage Profession Sales for their Outsourcing Division.

Shandelle does more than Thrive in an active Workplace, she Controls it —demonstrated daily as she moves smoothly between Client Care & Office Administration.

Being an integral part of the Susan Lancaster Team is no small feat — the demands are challenging — but when it appears so effortless it becomes inspirational. Shandelle will say it's her ability to analyze an operation & improve the process & we'll go along with that for now — till we discover the rest of her secret.

Susan's Clients first notice Shandelle's delightful disposition, but later marvel at the efficiency in which she communicates information & provides them assistance. She's passionate about being approachable, supportive & friendly (which very likely are products of her 20-year Work History that includes Hospitality, Health & Wellness).

Experience in Customer Service, People & Facility Management & Administration all contribute to making her a valuable member of the Team.

On a personal note, Shandelle is a ‘Local Girl, living in Mississauga. She is Well Travelled' having lived most of her life in Mississauga, she pursued studies at Toronto's York University & Australia's Griffith University for her Masters in Teaching.

She enjoys Family Time at home with her husband, two children & plans for many Family Travel Adventures.
